We have had a fabulous few days at NPS summer champs, took Pearl and much to our delight with only her 3rd ridden show, she did us proud and won her Picton class and then to top that she went champion. Expertly ridden again by Hannah Dumigan, thankyou Hannah for riding Pearl for me. Big thankyou to Sarah Field who does a fantastic job of schooling Pearl at home. Pearl was also 6th in the Picton finals and 5th in hand. Pics of Hannah and Pearl.

Another filly born this morning, from first time mum Valerock Violet and first time sire Valerock St George. Violet and baby doing well and it's a good job too, considering I can't get near them, Violet is a tad over protective!! Pics of Verity a few hours old courtesey of Victoria Walker, thanks Victoria.

We had a good week at the Royal Highland Show. Took Valerock Sea Pearl for the in hand and the ridden, she did us proud by coming 2nd in the yeld mare class. Pearl was a credible 8th place in the ridden, considering she is a complete novice, she didn't put a foot wrong. Have to say a big thankyou to her rider Hannah Dumigan she rode her beautifully, and to Sarah Field who schooled Pearl for a few weeks prior to the show, what a fantastic job she did!!
